Doma United FC Dissolves Backroom Staff in Push for Professional Standards

As part of our effort to uphold professional standards befitting this club's ambitions, we wish to announce the dissolution of our backroom staff. Confirmed by our Chairman during an emergency meeting with all staff members, the Chairman explained that this measure has become necessary to enable the club to operate in a manner consistent with professional football management. We can also confirm that staff members who may not continue with the first team will not be left without a role. They will be retained and redeployed to work with our youth team, in line with the club's commitment to developing talent at every level. To ensure a smooth, professional transition, the Chairman has directed the Sporting Director, alongside other responsible personnel, to immediately restructure the backroom staff.
